Meaning… After I wake up and get at least the first couple coffee down my
throat, I sit down for the first few hours and do nothing but try to create
something worth creating.
Sometimes I do, and sometimes I fall a bit short.
But overall, I productivity has skyrocketed because of this.
That means for the first three hours I do nothing but create. I don’t check
emails, I don’t look at Facebook, I don’t look at product sales stats, I don’t
do anything other than right, create videos, or in some way tried to add
something worth while to my business.
I still like to read emails, check out the latest launches, and everything
else that I did before, and I’m sure you do as well. I just do all that later in
the day.
I also realize that after around 5:00 PM, I’m pretty much useless.
Creativity is mostly shot. My enthusiasm pretty much drained. And overall I
just don’t want to do anything.
That’s the time I surf the Internet. That’s my playtime. That’s when I study
material, answer emails, play on Facebook, and basically become totally
unproductive.
And being unproductive is okay. Is long as you have been productive some time
during the day.
I know this probably sounds like a simple thing to do. And it is. All you
need to do is get in tune to your body’s rhythms.
This simple understanding of my own body’s rhythms has really increased my
productivity. And I mean by a lot.
So how “in tune” are you to your body?
It makes a big difference. At least it did for me.
